We’re based in Phoenix, AZ. Each branch has its own vibe and schedule—check out our Events for the most up-to-date hours and directions.
Do I need to book ahead?
Meraki Lounge: Drop in anytime we’re open and find your vibe.
Tracezen.Yoga: Reservations recommended, especially for high-vibe classes.
Paws N Play: Pre Registration Required.
Private Events / Rentals: Definitely reserve ahead—we book up quick!
Are your drinks non-alcoholic? What’s in them?
Yes! Every elixir, tea, and blend we serve is **non-alcoholic and plant-powered**. We craft each sip with intention—from kava to cacao to kratom—focusing on functional, mood-enhancing botanicals.
Got sensitivities or allergies? Let our team know—we’ll guide you to the best blend for your body.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved pets are *always* welcome at Meraki Lounge. We’re a paws-first kinda place.
At Tracezen.Yoga, it depends on the class or event—check the listing or reach out before bringing your furry co-pilot.

Do you ship?
We sure do. U.S. shipping is available for most blends + merch. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Pickup is also available at our lounge.
What’s your refund or cancellation policy?
We get it—life happens.
Classes/Events: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
Products Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Buyer covers return shipping.
